Once you've secured your wedding date with us, that day is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring you receive our complete focus, care, and commitment from beginning to end.
Booking Your Wedding Photography
Booking your wedding photography with A&V Wedding Photography Perth is a simple and seamless process, designed to give you complete peace of mind from the very beginning.
1. Check Availability
Contact us via our website or email to enquire about your wedding date, venue, and photography requirements. We'll confirm our availability and answer any questions you may have.
2. Receive Your Booking Proposal
Once your date has been confirmed, we'll send you a personalised booking agreement outlining your selected package, along with our terms and all the important details. Simply review, complete, and sign the agreement at your convenience.
3. Secure Your Wedding Date
To officially reserve your date, simply return your signed agreement along with a $100 booking fee. This amount is deducted from your final balance and ensures your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you. We never double-book or photograph multiple weddings on the same day, allowing us to dedicate our complete attention to every couple.
4. You're Officially Booked
Once we've received your signed agreement and booking fee, your wedding date is secured. You can relax knowing your photography is taken care of, and we'll be with you every step of the way as we prepare to capture one of the most important days of your life.

Preparing for Your Wedding Day

To help us understand the look and feel you love, we'll invite you to share inspiration images, favourite poses, or any special moments you'd like captured. This allows us to tailor our approach and create photographs that are both timeless and uniquely yours.

Final Payment
The remaining balance for your wedding photography package is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to your wedding date.
You're welcome to make payments at any time leading up to your wedding, allowing you to spread the cost at your convenience. However, the full balance must be received by the due date to ensure everything is finalised well before your special day.
By completing payment in advance, you can relax and enjoy the excitement of your wedding, knowing every detail of your photography has been taken care of.
