At A&V Wedding Photography Perth we make the process of booking your wedding photography simple and easy, to ensure minimal stress in your wedding planning.

We don't double book dates, nor do we have multiple weddings on one day, once your day is booked, it's all yours.

Booking Your Wedding with A&V Wedding Photography Perth

Choosing A&V Wedding Photography Perth to capture your special day is simple and stress-free. Here’s how the booking process works:

  1. Check Availability: Reach out via our website or email to confirm your wedding date and location are available.

  2. Receive Your Booking Form: Once your date is confirmed, we’ll send you a booking form/contract outlining all the important details, requirements, and terms. You’ll need to complete the form and sign it.

  3. Secure Your Date: Return the signed form via email along with your deposit. The deposit is just $100 and will be deducted from your total. This ensures your date is reserved exclusively for you and prevents double bookings.

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, your photographer is officially booked! You can relax knowing your date is secured and in good hands.

Staying Connected & Preparing for Your Big Day

At A&V Wedding Photography Perth, we’re here for you every step of the way. Couples are welcome to reach out to their photographer anytime with questions or special requests.

To ensure we capture your unique style, your photographer will ask you to share inspiration photos that reflect the look and feel you love.

About one month before your wedding, your photographer will get in touch via email or phone to:

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Confirm final details, including location and timing

  • Review your wedding day timeline to make sure all the special moments are covered

We want you to feel confident and fully prepared, so we can focus on capturing your perfect day

Final Payment Policy

The outstanding balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date. While you’re welcome to make payments at any time, full payment must be received by this deadline to secure your booking.
